【摘要】 目的:观察达原饮加减治疗小儿发热临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用予达原饮加减治疗;对照组采用静点炎虎宁注射液及头孢类抗炎药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组。结论:达原饮加减治疗小儿发热效果明显,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified Dayuan decoction on treating the children with fever. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups, 30 for each, the treated group was given the modified Dayuan decoction, while the treated group was given the Yanhuning intravenous injection and cephalosporin anti-inflammatory medicine therapy. Result: the total efficiency in the treated group was significantly higher. Conclusion: The modified Dayuan decoction is effective on treating the children with fever, worthy of a wide clinical application.更多还原
