【摘要】 目的:探讨补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:支气管哮喘患者80例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组都常规给予抗炎、解痉、糖皮质激素应用。治疗组在此基础上治疗组加用补肺汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为85.0%,治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的IL-8和IFN-γ值明显低于对照组,IL-4值明显高于对照组,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘能提高治疗疗效,其疗效机制的发挥可能与改善气道炎症因子有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the Bufei decoction treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 80 cases of patients with bronchial asthma divided into the treated group and the control group, 40 cases in each based on different methods of treated, the two groups are routine given anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, glucocorticoid application. Treated group on the basis of the treated group and Bufei decoction treated.
