【摘要】 目的:调查中医院护理人员中医知识、态度和行为;探讨其相关影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样方法发放调查问卷,调查对象为一中医院校附属医院的护理工作人员。结果:中医知识应答的平均正确率为67%。护理人员对中医持积极态度。行使中医行为频率较低。对护理人员中医态度、知识和行为有显著影响的因素为是否参加过中医培训、是否毕业于中医院校、工龄。中医知识、态度与行呈显著正相关。结论:应注重对护理人员中医知识培训,从而强化中医情感和中医行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in TCM Hospital nursing staff; explore the related factors. Methods: convenience sampling method issuing questionnaires, survey was a Chinese University Hospital nursing staff. Results TCM knowledge average response rate was 67% correct. Nurses TCM positive attitude. TCM exercise behavior less frequently. Chinese medicine for nurses’ attitudes, knowledge and behavior factors that have a significant impact as to whether participated medicine training, whether graduated from Chinese institutions, seniority. Conclusion: it should focus on the training of nurses TCM knowledge, thereby strengthening medicine emotional and behavioral medicine.更多还原
