【摘要】 目的:通过运用中医的补气活血的方法来治疗冠心病,探讨并分析其的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年6月～2011年6月在我院心内科收集的并且在临床上已经确诊的冠心病患者196例,随机分成两组,各98例;其中运用中医补气活血法的为治疗组,采用常规西医治疗的为对照组,治疗时间为1个月,随访时间为6个月～12个月并对此两者的治疗疗效及随访情况进行回顾性的分析比较。结果:从临床治疗疗效结果可得,治疗组的总有效率是97.6%,而对照组则为81.7%;两者的疗效结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在通过中医辨证施治并予补气活血法对症治疗冠心病后,取得明显的疗效,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM Buqi Huoxue method treating CHD. Methods: 196 patients in the department of cardiology of our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 98 cases in each. The treatment group received the TCM Buqi Huoxue method, the control group was given conventional modern medicine treatment, for one month, comparing and analyzing the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the following time of 6 months to 12 months. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 97.6%, and 81.7% in the control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in two groups. Conclusion: Chinese dialectical therapy and symptomatic treatment combined with Buqi Huoxue method treating in coronary artery disease achieved significant efficacy and be worthy of clinical application.更多还原
