【摘要】 目的:观察根据雷赛Astramax三维角膜综合检查站引导下超乳手术切口的选择对术后散光的影响。方法:对我院临床符合老年性白内障并进行超声乳化手术治疗的患者,选择单纯老年性白内障排除合并其他眼病的患者纳入临床观察,术前均行视力、眼压、裂隙灯、眼底、电脑验光和A/B超、雷赛Astramax三维角膜综合检查站检查,选择平均角膜地形图提供的角膜曲率K值进行手术设计:在角膜曲率最大子午线方向做透明角膜切口,矫正散光。手术后1d、1w、1m、3m对患者进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底及角膜地形图检查,观察角膜散光度变化。积累资料后进行分析和总结,所得数据用x±s表示,采用单因素方差分析,SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果:①视力:本组病例术后1d、1w、1m、3m视力均不同程度提高;②术后散光:术后1w、1m、3m后作角膜地形图检查对比,术后散光均较术前明显改善,且术后1w与术后1m、3m比较平均散光度有明显改善,术后1m与3m之间平均散光度无明显差异。结论:根据雷赛Astramax三维角膜综合检查站引导下选择超乳手术切口提高视力同时减少术后散光。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of according to the integrate inspection of Astramax 3D cornea.Methods:The simple age-related cataract was eliminated and the patients combined with other ophthalmopathy were selected into observation.Many kinds of preoperative inspections were carried out and the operation was designed by corneal curvature K value.Results:The eyesight of the group improved on different degree.The astigmatism after operation improved significantly.Conclusion:Smallest perative incision was applied to increase the eyesight and decrease astigmatism according to astramax 3D cornea integrative inspection.更多还原
