【摘要】 目的:观察保和丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将 68 例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组 36 例,对照组 32 例,两组均服用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊,治疗组配合中药保和丸加减治疗,治疗 12 周为 1 个疗程,治疗 1 个疗程判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率 91.7%,对照组总有效率 71.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组肝功能、血脂较前明显改善,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保和丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎较单纯西药治疗具有更好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objictive:To observe the clinical curative effect of Baohe pills combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules treatment on NASH.Methods:68 patients of NASH were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The two groups were given the polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules,while the treatment group was given modified Baohe pills more.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 91.7% and 71.9% respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).The blood lipid and liver function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Baohe pills combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules has better curative effect on NASH than modern medicine.更多还原
