【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体切割术治疗Terson综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析行玻璃体切割术治疗的18例(19眼)Terson综合征患者的临床资料。结果 19眼术后玻璃体腔清晰,视网膜平伏,18例(19眼)患者均无手术并发症,18眼(94.7%)术后视力改善,1眼(5.3%)术后视力下降;2个月后19眼视力均恢复至0.5以上,视力改善(维持)率为100.0%;随访术后2个月1例患者出现视网膜脱离,发生率为5.3%。结论玻璃体切割术是治疗Terson综合征安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitrectomy for Terson syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients( 19 eyes) with Terson syndrome undergoing vitrectomy was analyzed retrospectively. Results The vitreous cavities of 19 eyes were all clear after operation,retina were flat,and there was not complications related to operation,the visual acuity of 18 eyes( 94. 7%) improved and that of one eye( 5. 3%) decreased after operation; the improving rate of visual acuity was 100. 0%( 19 eyes) and retinal detachment was found in one patient( 5. 3%) 2 months after operation. Conclusion Vitrectomy was an effective method for Terson syndrome and with low complications.更多还原
