【摘要】 目的评价FujiⅨ型玻璃离子水门汀材料在老年人楔状缺损修复治疗中的临床疗效。方法选择70岁以上老年患者56例,患牙数共234颗,按就诊顺序半随机分为两组,甲组119颗患牙用FujiⅨ型玻璃离子水门汀充填修复,乙组115颗患牙用光固化复合树脂充填修复。修复后随访2年,观察治疗效果。结果甲组成功率为92.4%,乙组成功率为82.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FujiⅨ型玻璃离子水门汀材料修复老年人楔状缺损,操作方便,色泽美观,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluation the clinical efficacy of Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer in the treatment of wedgeshaped defects in elderly patients.Methods Two hundred and thirty-four teeth with wedge-shaped defects in 56 patients aged over seventy years old were randomly divided into two groups: group A(119 teeth) was repaired by FujiⅨ glass ionomer cements,group B(115 teeth) was repaired by light-curing composite resin.After 2 years of followup,their treatment effect were observed.Results The success rate of group A was 92.4%,that of group B was82.6%,there was a statistically significant difference in success rate between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer cement materials in repair of the wedge-shaped defects in the elderly patients has the advantages of convenient operation,beautiful color,and has better clinical value.更多还原
