【摘要】 目的:通过对"清浊祛毒丸"治疗氯胺酮(K粉)滥用导致泌尿系损害的临床治疗效果观察,探索科学有效的治疗方法。方法:对44例氯胺酮滥用伴有严重泌尿系损害症状患者进行口服"清浊祛毒丸"治疗,通过比较治疗的初日、第七日、第十四日和第二十日(出院前)的临床症状评分,以及相应的实验室尿常规检查结果,观察治疗效果。结果:通过"清浊祛毒丸"的治疗,患者的尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿等尿路刺激症状明显减轻和消失,尿常规结果逐渐恢复正常,治疗前后结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:"清浊祛毒丸"对缓解和消除氯胺酮滥用导致的泌尿系损害有显著的效果,并且可以减轻和缓解腰痛、乏力、自汗盗汗等戒断症状,具有标本兼治的康复治疗作用,是治疗氯胺酮滥用导致泌尿系损害的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In seeking a scientific and effective treatment for ketamine abusers,an observation was conducted on the clin- ical symptoms of the ketamine abusers who used "Qingzhuoqudu pill"to cure urinary system damages induced by ketamine abuse. Methods: 44 ketamine abusers who got serious urinary system damage symptoms were given a clinical treatment with oral"Qingzhuo- qudu pill",observation as well as comparison of their lab urine test. The treatment effectiveness was observed by comparing clinical symptom scores of the initial day,the 7 th day,the 14 th and 20 th day( before discharged) ,as well as the corresponding laboratory urine routine examination results. Results: The treatment of"Qingzhuoqudu pill"can obviously ease the symptoms of urinary system tract ir- ritation such as urinary frequency and urgency,dysuria and hematuria. Otherwise the urine routine results gradually returned to normal. Significant differences were found in a comparison before and after treatment( P < 0. 5) . Conclusion: "Qingzhuoqudu pill"has a sig- nificant effect to relieve and eliminate urinary system damages induced by ketamine abuse and can relieve backache,fatigue,spontane- ous perspiration,night sweats and so on. It can treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease. So"Qingzhuoqudu pill"would be considered as one of effective medical treatments for ketamine abuse which may lead to urinary tract irritation.更多还原
