【摘要】 目的:探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的CT及MRI诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的SPTP 12例,均行CT平扫+增强检查,9例行MR平扫+增强检查,分析其CT及MRI表现特点。结果:12例SPTP中,10例囊实性肿块,其中2例伴有斑点状及包膜弧形钙化;2例呈完全实性。实性部分CT平扫呈等低密度,MR呈稍长T1稍长T2信号,动脉期呈轻度强化,门静脉期持续明显强化;囊性部分信号复杂,T1WI、T2WI均可呈高信号、低信号,混杂信号,无强化。11例肿瘤有完整包膜,明显强化,1例包膜破裂出血,边界不清。结论:SPTP CT及MRI表现有一定特征性,MR能较好地显示其内部结构,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in pancreatic solid pseudo-papillary tumor (SPTP).[Method]12 patients of SPTP conformed by pathology were included in the study.All cases underwent CT plain and contrast enhanced scan.9 cases underwent MRI plain and contrast enhanced scan.CT and MRI features were retrospectively analyzed.[Result] 10 cases were solid and cystic mass in 12 cases of SPTP,accompanied by speck calcification and scapular calcification in 2 cases.2 cases were pure solid mass.The solid parts of tumor demonstrated low density on CT images,slightly longer T1 and T2 signal intensity on MRI,a mild enhancement in arterial phase,obvious enhancement in portal venous phase.The cystic parts demonstrated high,low or mixed signal intensity and no enhancement on MRI.11 tumors had intact membrane.1 case had capsular rupture,ill-defined.[Conclusion]SPTP had some characteristic on CT and MRI findings.MR examination can better demonstrate its internal structure,and supply imaging evidence for clinical therapy.更多还原
