面制食品中铝的可见分光光度测定法中样品前处理方法的探讨

【摘要】 目的建立可见分光光度法测定面制食品中铝的一种简单可行的前处理方法。方法样品分别经干法灰化、2种湿法消化和微波消解前处理后,用可见分光光度法测定馒头、油条和粉丝3类面制食品中的铝含量。结果①干法灰化前处理时,相对标准偏差为0.2%~0.9%,方法回收率为91.0%~98.6%;适合3类面制食品前处理;②硝酸/高氯酸(国标)法前处理时,相对标准偏差为0.1%~1.0%,方法回收率为91.0%~96.8%;适合馒头和粉丝样品前处理。③硝酸回流消化时,相对标准差为0.1%~0.9%,方法回收率为98.0%~99.5%;适合馒头和粉丝样品前处理。④微波消解前处理时,相对标准偏差为0.1%~0.9%,方法回收率为98.5%~99.2%;适合3类面制食品前处理。结论干法灰化法是一种简单、快速、安全及结果准确的前处理方法,同时适合各种样品的批量处理。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a simple and feasible pretreatment method for detecting the aluminum in flour products by visible spectrophotometry.[Methods]The samples were respectively pretreated by dry digestion,two wet digestion methods,as well as microwave digestion,and the contents of aluminum in steamed bread,fried bread stick and vermicelli were determined by visible spectrophotometry.[Results]① While the dry digestion was conducted,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 0. 2%-0. 9%,and the recovery rate was 91. 0%-98. 6%. It was suitable for the pretreatment of these three categories of samples. ② When HNO3and HClO4method( national standard method) was applied,the RSD was 0. 1%-1. 0%,and the recovery rate was 91. 0%-96. 8%. It was suitable for the pretreatment of steamed bread and vermicelli. ③ While the nitric acid digestion was adopted,the RSD was0. 1%-0. 9%,and the recovery rate was 98. 0%-99. 5%. It was suitable for the pretreatment of steamed bread and vermicelli.④When the microwave digestion was employed,the RSD was 0. 1%-0. 9%,and the recovery rate was 98. 5%-99. 2%. It was suitable for the pretreatment of these three categories of samples.[Conclusion]The dry digestion is a simple,rapid,safe and accurate pretreatment method,which is suitable for the batch pretreatment of different samples.
