【摘要】 目的探讨牙周炎患者实施综合护理干预的效果。方法将144例牙周炎患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各72例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预措施;比较2组的依从性、临床指标及临床疗效。结果实施综合护理干预后,干预组的配合治疗率、按时复诊率、自我维护治疗率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失等均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组的治疗总有效率为88.9%,明显高于对照组的68.1%(P<0.01)。结论牙周炎患者实施综合护理干预后,可提高患者的依从性,改善临床指标,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in periodontitis patients.[Methods]144 periodontitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,72 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional therapy and nursing,while the intervention group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention in the basis of the control group.The compliance,clinical indexes,and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.[Results]After comprehensive nursing intervention,the rate of coordination,the rate of timely review,and the rate of self maintenance treatment in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The plaque index,gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,depth of periodontal pocket and attachment loss in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the intervention group was 88.9%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.1%) significantly(P < 0.01).[Conclusion]The comprehensive nursing intervention for periodontitis patients can increase the compliance,improve the clinical index and enhance clinical curative effect.更多还原
