测定海参中硒含量的微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法

【摘要】 目的建立微波消解—氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定海参中硒的方法。方法以微波消解处理样品,氢化物原子荧光光谱法进行测定。结果测定硒的线性范围为0~100μg/L,相关系数为0.999 4,方法回收率为92.9%~104.5%,精密度为4.4%~7.3%。结论该方法灵敏度和准确度高,操作简便,具有较低的检出限,可以用于海参中硒含量的测定。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a method of microwave digestion hydride generator atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) to determine selenium in sea cucumber samples.[Methods]After microwave digestion,the contents of selenium in sea cucumber samples were determined by HG-AFS.[Results]Linear range for the determination of selenium was 0-100 μg/L The correlative coefficient was 0.999 4.The recoveries were 92.9%-104.5% The relative standard deviation was 4.4 %-7.3 %.[Conclusion]The proposed method has high sensitivity and accuracy,simply operation,lower detecting limit,it can be used for determining selenium in sea cucumber samples.
