【摘要】 缺血预处理是一种减轻缺血再灌注损伤的方法。动物和临床实验研究表明,缺血预处理是一种改善肝脏手术预后的有效措施。不同的预处理方式,如远程缺血预处理、药物预处理、热休克预处理、高压氧预处理等均可减轻缺血再灌注损伤。该文对不同预处理方式对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ischemic preconditioning is one of the interventions aiming at reducing ischemia reperfusion injury.Experimental and clinical studies have shown that ischemic preconditioning is a promising strategy for optimizing the postoperative outcome in liver resection.Different types of preconditioning,such as remote ischemic preconditioning,pharmacological preconditioning,the use of heat shock and hyperbaric oxygen,have been developed to attenuate the ischemia reperfusion injury.This review summarizes the protection effect of the various forms of preconditioning for liver ischemia reperfusion injury.更多还原
