2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯对仔鼠神经行为功能的影响

【摘要】 目的了解2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯染毒对仔鼠的神经行为功能的影响。方法两代繁殖试验大鼠混饲法染毒,剂量为雌性大鼠0、19.80、80.56、339.49 mg/(kg.d),雄性大鼠0、18.41、73.74、306.61mg/(kg.d),仔鼠断乳后进行神经行为功能测试。结果 2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯各组间的避暗试验、穿梭箱试验、转棒试验、自主活动试验、洞板试验的结果差异均无统计学意义。结论在该实验的染毒时间和染毒剂量范围条件下,2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯对大鼠子代神经行为功能无明显影响。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study effect of ethyl 2-(4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate exposure on neurobehavioral function in filial rats.[Methods]P(parental generation) and F1(filia 1 generation) parent rats were fed with ethyl 2-(4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate at the doses of 0,19.80,80.56 and 339.49 mg/(kg·d) for female adult rats and the doses of 0,18.41,73.74 and 306.61 mg/(kg·d) for male adult rats.The examination of neurobehavioral function was performed in the offspring after weaning.[Results]There was no significant difference in the results of step-through test,shuttle box test,rota-rod test,spontaneous motor activity and pole board test among different groups.[Conclusion]Under the exposure time and dosage of this study,ethyl 2-(4-phenoxyphenyl) lactate has no obvious effect on neurobehavioral function in generation rats.
