【摘要】 目的了解暗娼人群的艾滋病防治知识知晓率,对今后艾滋病预防控制策略进行探讨。方法通过单独面谈的形式,对佛山市禅城区不同档次的暗娼进行艾滋病防治知识知晓率问卷调查,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果共调查暗娼400人,受访者平均年龄26.4岁,未婚者占47.50%,外省户籍者占61%,44.25%暗娼只有初中文化水平。艾滋病防治知识平均知晓率为83.50%,中高档场所和低档场所暗娼的知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=75.134,P<0.01)。最近一次商业性性行为时安全套使用率为98%。主要通过电视、广播、报刊、宣传栏/广告栏等途径获取艾滋病知识信息。结论该区应在实际工作中针对暗娼人群的特点与需求,采取相应的行为干预策略,促进暗娼改变行为,遏制艾滋病在暗娼人群中的传播流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS control knowledge among the female sex workers(FSW) in Chancheng District of Foshan City,and discuss the strategy in future aiming at HIV/AIDS intervention.[Methods]FSW of different grades were investigated separately via face-to-face questionnaire for the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS preventive knowledge in Shancheng District of Foshan City.SPSS 16.0 software was used for data analysis.[Results] A total of 400 FSW participated in this research.The average age of them was only 26.4 years.The unmarried accounted for 47.50%.Participants whose registered permanent residence did not belong to Guangdong province accounted for 61%.44.25% of the participants just had a junior middle school diploma.The overall awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-preventive knowledge was 83.50%,awareness rate among FSW from top grade places was obviously different from that among ones from low-end places.98% of the participants used condoms during a recent sexual intercourse for commercial purpose.The main approaches to gain HIV/AIDS related knowledge and information included TV,broadcast,newspaper,propagandistic card/adcolumn,etc.[Conclusion]According to the trait and requirement of the FSW,corresponding strategy of behavior intervention should be adopted in practice in order to help the FSW remodel their behavior and prevent HIV/AIDS transmission among them.更多还原
