茶树菇水煎液对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠基因突变的保护作用
Protection effect of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita on mice mutation induced by cyclophosphamide
【摘要】 目的研究茶树菇水煎液对环磷酰胺诱发KM小鼠突变的保护作用。方法用改进的小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验和小鼠精子畸形实验方法,研究茶树菇水煎液对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核和精子畸形的保护作用。结果给40 mg/kg环磷酰胺后,茶树菇水煎液低、中、高剂量组及阳性对照组的微核率、精子畸形率均比阴性对照组显著升高(P<0.01),茶树菇水煎液高剂量组的微核率18.2‰,显著低于阳性对照组微核率25.8‰(P<0.01),茶树菇水煎液高剂量组的精子畸形率58.7‰,显著低于阳性对照组精子畸形率76.5‰(P<0.01)。结论茶树菇水煎液对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核和精子畸形有保护作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To study protection effect of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita on KM mice mutation induced by cyclophosphamide(CP).[Methods]The protection effect of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita on mice bone marrow cell micronucleu and sperm aberration induced by CP was studied according to changed tests of mice micronucleu and sperm aberration.[Results] After Given 40 mg/kg CP,micronucleu rate and sperm aberration rate of low,middle,high doses of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita and the positive control were significantly higher than that of the negative control(P<0.01)Micronucleu rate of high dose of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita was 18.2‰ which was significantly lower than the positive control(25.8‰)(P<0.01).Sperm aberration rate of high dose of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita was 58.7‰ which was significantly lower than the positive control(76.5‰)(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Decoction from Agrocybe aegerita has protection effect on KM mice marrow cell micronucleu and KM sperm aberration induced by CP.
