【摘要】 目的了解绵阳市高校大学生病毒性肝炎防治知识的认知情况,为高校大学生开展有效的病毒性肝炎防治知识健康教育干预提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,按照在校大学生1%的比例抽取8所高等院校在校大学生1 035人作为调查对象,通过发放问卷以自填方式开展调查。结果绵阳市在校大学生对病毒性肝炎防治知识了解不够全面,大学生病毒性肝炎防治知识知晓率低,而且性别差异有统计学意义。在对待乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒携带者的态度方面,36.1%的大学生虽不太介意和乙肝携带者共餐,但之后仍会担心自己因此感染乙肝;23.4%的大学生介意和乙肝携带者共餐,并绝不同吃一盘菜。结论高校对病毒性肝炎防治宣传教育的重视程度不够,应针对大学生的特点开展病毒性肝炎防治知识的健康教育,提高大学生对病毒性肝炎的认知水平,形成正确的行为和态度,控制病毒性肝炎的传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the cognitive situation of viral hepatitis prevention knowledge among college students in Mianyang City,provide the scientific basis for implementing the effective health education about viral hepatitis prevention in college students.[Methods]By using the random sampling,1 035 college students were collected from 8 colleges by a ratio of 1%,and a self-administered questionnaire was applied on the survey.[Results]The awareness rate of knowledge about viral hepatitis prevention in college students was low,and there was a significant difference between male and female students.The results on attitudes towards HBV carriers show that although 36.1% of the students were willing to have dinner with carriers,they were still afraid of being infected with HBV.Meanwhile,23.4% of the students were not willing to have dinner with carriers,and never eat one dish with them.[Conclusion]Universities have paid insufficient attention to the education of viral hepatitis prevention and control.It is necessary to carry out the health education of viral hepatitis prevention and control according to the characteristics of college students,to improve the cognitive level of viral hepatitis in college students,form the correct behavior and attitude,and control the viral hepatitis transmission.更多还原
