【摘要】 目的了解北京市西城区疾病预防控制中心在职职工能力建设需求和建议,为制定能力建设发展规划提供参考。方法随机抽取在职职工61名,统一发放调查问卷,进行无记名调查,应用EpiIfom 3.5.1进行统计分析。结果调查对象亟需提升的能力分别是科研能力(44.26%)、业务能力(24.59%)、管理能力(19.67%)和交际能力(11.48)。不同年龄组、不同职称、不同职务、不同工作年限对业务能力提升需求的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同职称、不同工作年限的调查者对科研能力需求的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),高级职称者对管理能力的需求较其他职称者高(P<0.05)。结论该单位应根据不同人群能力发展需求建立有针对性的能力建设方案,不断提高中心能力建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the needs and suggestions of ability construction among workers in Xicheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Beijing,provide the reference for making the ability construction development planning.[Methods]An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted in 61 workers who were randomly sampled from Xicheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and EpiIfom 3.5.1 was applied in statistical analysis.[Results]The abilities that need to improve were respectively scientific research ability(44.26%),business ability(24.59%),management ability(19.67%) and communication ability(11.48%).There were significant differences in needs of improving business ability between different age groups,different professional title groups,different position groups,as well as different service length groups(P<0.05 all).There were significant differences in needs of scientific research ability between different professional title groups,as well as different service length groups(both P<0.05).The needs of management ability in workers with senior professional title was higher than that in other workers(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Xicheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention should develop the targeted ability construction planning according to the needs of different groups,so as to continuously improve the ability construction level.更多还原
