【摘要】 目的了解云南省华宁县人群流行性乙型病毒性脑炎(乙脑)免疫状况。方法采用分层和整群抽样(PPS)法,于2011年6月在华宁县范围内随机抽取3个乡镇9个行政村,每个行政村按4个年龄段(8月龄～<3岁、3岁～、7岁～、15岁～)进行调查,每个年龄段不少于30人。结果全县共调查382人,乙脑疫苗免疫率为68.32%,血清抗体(EV-IgG)阳性率为89.53%。3个乡镇乙脑疫苗免疫率差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.41,P>0.05),而血清抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.38,P<0.01);各年龄组间乙脑疫苗免疫率、抗体阳性率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=157.66,P<0.01;χ2=15.97,P<0.01);性别间均无差异(P>0.05)。结论华宁县人群乙脑疫苗免疫率相对较低,而血清抗体阳性率较高,人群能有效抵御乙型病毒性脑炎的流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the immune status of encephalitis B among people in Huaning County of Yunnan Province.[Methods]The PPS method was used to randomly select 9 administrative villages of 3 towns,4 age groups(8 months-3 years,3-4 years,7-8 years,15-16 years) of each village,at least 30 people of each age group for investigation.[Results]A total of 382 people were investigated,the immunization rate of encephalitis B vaccine was 68.32%,the positive rate of EV-IgG was 89.53%.The immunization rate was not significantly different(χ2=4.41,P>0.05),while the positive rate of EV-IgG was significantly different between the 3 towns(χ2=26.38,P<0.01).The immunization rate and EV-IgG positive rate was significantly different between age groups(χ2=157.66,P<0.01;χ2=15.97,P<0.01),while not significantly different between genders(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The immunization rate of encephalitis B vaccine is relatively low,while TEV-IgG positive rate is relatively high among people in Huaning County.Therefore,local people can effectively resist the prevalence of encephalitis B.更多还原
