【Abstract】 The innovation of farmers’ cooperative organizations governance mechanism in China is the key aspect for its fast and healthy development.Based on the condition of informal institution in this kind of organizations,recognizing the function of trust and authoritativeness makes good sense of the innovation.Combining corporate governance and farmers cooperated self-governance is a practical and efficient way to solve this problem.更多还原
