【摘要】 目的:观察抗幽胶囊联合西药治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予抗幽胶囊联合奥美拉唑、克拉霉素及甲硝唑治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素及甲硝唑治疗,并观察2组治疗前后疗效。结果:治疗组证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),胃镜疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),HP根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗结束后溃疡复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗幽胶囊联合西药治疗胃溃疡临床疗效良好,能降低溃疡复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observation of the anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine for the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group was given anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine of omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole treatment,control group with omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole therapy. Two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: Anti helicobacter pylori capsule treatment group syndrome curative effect is better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group is better than control group( P < 0. 05 gastroscope). The treatment group HP eradicate rate was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group after treatment of ulcer recurrence rate was lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of gastric ulcer with anti helicobacter pylori capsule combined with western medicine is effetive. It can reduce the ulcer recurrence.更多还原
