【摘要】 目的:研究分析近20余年来医家关于股骨头缺血性坏死中医内治方药的常用药以及遣方用药的规律。方法:采用频数分析、聚类分析等统计方法,通过维普、万方、CNKI等数据库,对检索到的近现代医家治疗股骨头缺血性坏死中药内治方药的原始文献进行查阅、采集并整理,结合中医药理论与方证对应法分析股骨头缺血性坏死内治方药的组方以及用药规律。结果:共收集股骨头缺血性坏死内治方剂161首,用药962味,其中活血化瘀行气类中药占39.5%,补虚药(包括补肾、补气、补血药)占36.6%,散寒通络祛风湿药占15.4%,其余药物占8.1%。四气中温性、平性2类药物的累计频率达到92.5%,五味中甘、辛类药物的累计频率达到91.2%,药物应用频次从高到低依次为当归、黄芪、丹参、骨碎补、川芎、红花、牛膝。通过系统聚类分析形成了4个聚类方。结论:股骨头缺血性坏死内治方药的组方用药规律为:总体方药药味以甘、辛为主,药性以温、平为主,归经以肝脾肾为主,药类以活血化瘀药、补虚药、散寒通络祛风湿药为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research and analyze the commonly used drugs of prescriptions for internal treatment and the herbal prescription law for avascular necrosis of the femoral head in recent 20 years.Methods: Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were adopted to look up,collect and sort the original literatures,from the database of Weipu,Wanfang and CNKI,which were about the prescriptions for internal treatment for avascular necrosis of the femoral head in modern times,aiming in the combined prescriptions and the drug law for the disease analyzed with "theory accroding to prescription method"in TCM.ResultsWe collected 161 pieces of prescriptions for avascular necrosis of the femoral head with 962 kinds of herbs,among which 39.5% were herbs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and promoting qi,36.5% were herbs of reinforcing deficiency(supplement for renal,qi and blood),15.4% were herbs of powdering cold,dredging collaterals and dispelling rheumatic,and 8.1% were other herbs.The cumulative frequency of warm and peaceful herbs in four-nature drugs was 92.5% while it was 91.2% for sweet and acrid herbs in five-taste drugs.The frequencies of drug application from high to low were Danggui,Huangqi,Danshen,Gusuibu,Chuanxiong,Honghua and Niuxi.We summarized four clustering prescriptions with system cluster analysis.Conclusion: The law combined prescriptions for the internal treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was that the main tastes of herbs were sweet and acrid,the main natures were warm and peaceful,the main channel antries were liver,spleen and kidney,and the main drugs were drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,reinforcing deficiency as well as powdering cold,dredging collaterals and dispelling rheumatic.更多还原
