【摘要】 目的:建立RP-HPLC同时测定白鲜皮中白鲜碱、黄柏酮和梣酮含量的方法。方法:采用RPHPLC,70%乙醇超声提取,色谱条件:色谱柱Alltima C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),保护柱All-GuardTM C18(4.6 mm×7.5 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温25℃,检测波长238 nm。结果:该3种成分分离良好,线性范围依次为0.4~16.0,10~400和1.6~64.0 mg/L,加样回收率分别为99.95%,98.91%,100.02%,RSD分别为:1.81%,1.83%,2.62%。结论:本方法简单、快捷,重现性好,准确率高,可用于白鲜皮药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of dictamnine,obacunone and fraxinellone in Dictamni Cortex. Method: The three compounds were extracted with 70% ethanol by sonication and RP-HPLC conditions were as follows: Alltima C 18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column,acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase by gradient elution,flow rate 1. 0 mL/min,injection volume 10 μL,column temperature 25 ℃,detection wavelength 238 nm. Result: The determined three compounds were well separated with a linear range of 0. 4 ~ 16. 0, 10 ~ 400 and 1. 6 ~ 64. 0 mg/L,respectively. The recoveries of them were 99. 95%,98. 91% and 100. 02%,and RSD were 1. 81%,1. 83%,2. 62%,respectively.
