石荠苧总黄酮对草酸钙晶体生长的抑制作用研究
Inhibition of Total Flavonoids from Mosla Scabra on Calcium Oxalate Crystallization
【摘要】 目的:观察石荠苧总黄酮对草酸钙晶体生长的体外抑制作用。方法:建立体外两种过饱和草酸钙溶液体系,进行草酸钙结晶动力学和形态学研究,观察石荠苧总黄酮对草酸钙结晶形成过程中结晶成核、生长、聚集的影响,以及对草酸钙结晶大小、形状的影响。结果:石荠苧总黄酮可延长结晶形成的诱导时间(Ti),降低成核(SN)和聚集速率(SA)。延长COT、COD向COM转化的时间,降低结晶的密度,从而减少结晶与肾上皮细胞的亲和力,促进结晶随尿液排出。结论:石荠苧总黄酮可能是一种抑制草酸钙结石的潜在绿色药物。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the inhibition effect of total flavonoids from Mosla Scabra(MSTF)on calcium oxalate crystallization.Methods:Two kinds of supersaturation calcium oxalate solution systems in vitro were adopted to observe the effect of MSTF on calcium oxalate crystal formation,nucleation and aggregation as well as size and figure.Results:MSTF could prolong inducting time(Ti),reduce nucleary speed(SN)and aggregation speed(SA),and prolong the conversion time from COT and COD into COM,and reduce crystal density to promote the crystal discharge with urine flow.Conclusion:MSTF may be a potential inhibitor to calcium oxalate urinary stones.
