【摘要】 目的:观察参竹心康汤对慢性心衰患者心功能与血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将91例慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组45例。对照组以西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服参竹心康汤。以内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、每分输出量(CO)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期流速峰值(EPFV)/舒张晚期流速峰值(APFV)即E/A作为观察指标。结果:两组间心衰疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效差异有显著统计学意义﹙P<0.01);反映血管内皮功能指标ET、CGRP两组治疗前后差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05～0.01),组间疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);反映左室收缩功能的指标CO、FS、LVEF两组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01),组间疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05～0.01);反映左室舒张功能的指标E/A两组治疗前后差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),组间疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参竹心康汤可提高慢性心衰患者的临床疗效,改善血管内皮功能及收缩与舒张功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Shenzhu Xinkang Decoction on heart function and vascular endothelium function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Ninety-one patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=46)and the control group(n=45).Both groups of were managed with conventional western medicine therapy,only the patients of treatment group were administered by Shenzhu Xinkang Decoction.The indexes of the patients were observed as follows:endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),minute volume(CO),left ventricular fractional shortening(FS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak early diastolic velocity(EPFV)/late diastolic peak flow rate(APFV)or(E/A).Results:The differences in effect of heart failure between the two groups were statistically significant﹙P<0.05).The improvement in TCM syndrome between the two groups was significantly different﹙P<0.01).The indexs of ET and CGRP used for evaluating vascular endothelium function in both groups before and after treatment were statisticallydifferent﹙P<0.05,P<0.01),the indexes in treatment group were superior to that in control group(P<0.01).The indexs of CO,FS and LVEF used for evaluating left ventricle systolic function in both groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),the indexes in treatment group were superior to that in control group(P<0.05~0.01).The index of E/A used for evaluating right ventricle diastolic function in both groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01),the index in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenzhu Xinkang Decoction may be useful for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure and can improve vascular endothelial function and systolic and diastolic function.更多还原
