【摘要】 目的:观察心血宁片治疗心血瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛临床疗效性和使用安全性。方法:采用随机、阳性药对照的方法,将临床试验病例80例随机分为试验组与对照组并平均分配给两家符合要求的医院,分别投以心血宁片和心可舒片4周,比较两组疗效差异。结果:心血宁片能够治疗冠心病心绞痛;对冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证的主要中医证候有不同程度的治疗和改善作用;对冠心病心绞痛出现的缺血性心电图有一定的改善作用;能够明显减少合并用硝酸脂类药物的服用剂量;对不同性别、不同年龄、不同病程患者的疗效大体接近;在疗程期内随用药时间的延长疗效明显增强。结论:心血宁片治疗心血瘀阻证冠心病心绞痛安全有效,是目前具有较好临床应用价值的纯中药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the safety of Xinxuening on angina of coronary heart disease with blood stasis sydnrome heart blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The randomized,positive drug control method was used.80 clinical cases were randomly divided into experimental group(using Xinxuening)and control group(using Xinxueshu),and averagely allocated to the two hospitals met the requirements.The difference between the two groups after four weeks was compared.Results:Xinxuening can treat angina of coronary heart disease;treat and improve major TMC symptoms of blood stasis of coronary heart disease;improve ischemic electrocardiogram;significantly reduce dose of Nitrates;and has the same effect on angina of coronary heart disease of different gender,different age and different course.In the treatment period,the efficacy has obvious enhancement with the medication.Conclusions:Xinxuening is safe and effective on treating angina of coronary heart disease with blood stasis sydnrome.It is a safe and effective pure Chinese medicine prescription and has a good clinical application value.更多还原
