【摘要】 目的:观察心血宁片治疗瘀阻脑络证Ⅱ期高血压病临床疗效性和使用安全性。方法:采用随机、阳性药对照的方法,将临床试验病例120例随机分为试验组与对照组并平均分配给三家符合要求的医院,分别投以心血宁片和心可舒片4周,比较两组疗效差异。结果:心血宁片能够降低血压,对瘀阻脑络证有改善作用,对不同病情、不同性别、不同病程、不同病程年龄段高血压均有疗效,在疗程期内随着用药延长疗效明显增强。结论:心血宁片治疗瘀阻脑络证Ⅱ期高血压病安全有效,是一种安全、有效的纯中药降压药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and the safety of Xinxuening Tablet on treating hypertension with Ⅱ stage of blood stasis in brain collaterals.Methods: The randomized,positive drug control was used.120 clinical cases were randomly divided into experimental group(Xinxuening) and control group(Xinxueshu),and average allocated to the three hospital which met the requirements.The difference between the two groups after four weeks was compared.Results: Xinxuening can reduce blood pressure,relieve blood stasis in brain collaterals;had curative effect on hypertension of different conditions,different genders,different courses,different ages.In the treatment period,the efficacy had obvious enhancement with the medication.Conclusions: Xinxuening is safe and effective on treating hypertension with Ⅱ stage of blood stasis in brain collaterals.It is a safe and effective medication of pure Chinese medicine.更多还原
