【摘要】 目的:与沉香药材对比,探讨沉香叶的抗炎作用,为沉香叶的开发利用研究提供科学依据。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验法及低浓度醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性增高实验法,观察沉香叶醇提物对炎症反应的影响,考察沉香叶抗炎作用。结果:沉香叶醇提物各剂量组对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀具有极显著的抑制作用;沉香叶醇提物中、高剂量组对醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管的通透性增高有明显抑制作用;沉香叶醇提物各剂量组与沉香药材组间无显著性差异。结论:沉香叶在抗炎方面与沉香药材作用近似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of Chinese eaglewood leaves on anti-inflammation compared with Chinese eaglewood,providing the scientific basis for further study.Method:Mice ear edema induced by xylene and mice peritoneal inflammation induced by low concentrative acetic acid method were used to study its anti-inflammation activity.Result:Each dose group treated with Chinese eaglewood leaves had a significant inhibitory effect on mice ear edema induced by xylene.High dose group and middle dose group also had a significant inhibitory effect on mice peritoneal inflammation induced by low concentrative acetic acid.But no significant difference was observed when compared with the group of Chinese eaglewood.Conclusion:Chinese eaglewood leaves have similar effect on anti-inflammation as Chinese eaglewood.更多还原
