【摘要】 目的探讨Orem自护模式对高血压病患者生活质量影响。方法将105例高血压门诊患者分为实验组53例和对照组52例。对照组接受常规药物治疗和健康教育,实验组在对照组的基础上给予Orem自护模式进行干预,对2组进行降压疗效评价、健康调查简易量表(SF-36)评分、自我管理能力评定和护理满意度调查。结果 2组患者收缩压和舒张压均较干预前下降,但实验组较对照组下降更明显;2组生活质量评分均较干预前增加,而实验组除躯体疼痛项目外,生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康7个维度得分均高于对照组;实验组在合理膳食、适度运动、遵医用药、血压监控、护理满意度方面均高于对照组。结论 Orem自护模式能提高高血压病患者的生存质量,提高患者的自我管理能力和对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Orem self-care mode on the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension.Methods 105 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into test group(n = 53) and control group(n = 52).The control group was given routine drug treatment and health education,and the test group was given nursing according to Orem self-care mode.The antihypertensive effects,scores of SF-36,self management ability and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were surveyed.Results After nursing intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 2 groups were lower than that before intervention,but they decreased more obviously in the test group.After nursing intervention,the scores of SF-36 of 2 groups were higher than that before intervention,and scores of physiological function,physiological role,general health,vitality,social function,emotional and mental health in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group.The rates of reasonable diet,moderate exercise,compliance with medical therapy,blood pressure monitoring,satisfaction to nursing in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Orem self-care model can improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension,improve patient self management ability and satisfaction to the nursing work.更多还原
