【摘要】 目的探讨Graves病患者实施临床护理路径的效果。方法选择Graves病患者66例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者根据临床护理路径表进行护理,比较2组患者的平均住院费用、平均住院日、满意度。结果观察组患者平均住院日和平均住院费用少于对照组,患者健康教育知识掌握情况和满意度好于对照组。结论对Graves病患者实施临床护理路径,缩短了患者的住院天数,降低了患者的住院费用,减轻了患者的经济负担,提高了患者的满意度和健康知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the effects of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of Graves disease.Methods Sixty-six patients with Graves disease were randomly divided into observation group ( n=33 ) and control group (n=33 ) .The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given nursing according to clinical nursing pathway schedule. The average cost of hospitalization , average hospitalization days , patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The average cost of hospitalization and average hospitalization days in the observation group were less than that in the control group.The knowledge evaluation on health education and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway can reduce hospitalization days and cost , lighten the financial burden of patients , improve patient′s satisfaction and disease knowledge level.更多还原
