【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者依从性的影响。方法将100例口服阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组实施个性化的护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,分别对2组患者于疗程结束后进行遵医行为调查。结果 2组患者遵医行为明显好于对照组。结论护理干预可提高乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者的遵医行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objects To study the influences of nursing intervention on compliance of hepatitis B patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated by adefovir dipivoxil ( ADV ) .Methods 100 hepatitis B patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were divided into intervention group ( n=50 ) and control group ( n=50 ) .The intervention group was given personalized nursing interventions , and the control group was given traditional nursing.The compliance of patients in two groups was compared after the treating course.Results The compliance in the intervention group was better than that in the control group.Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the compliance of hepatitis B patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated by ADV.更多还原
