【Abstract】 Based on the investigation and analysis of related information of particular areas,the following conclusion has been drawn:the allocation of teacher-resources exists a series of problems,such as the number of rural teachers is not enough,teachers’salaries should be improved,the structure of rural teachers is not suitable and the lack of rural teachers’further education program.As for those reasons,we should take actions to optimize the allocation of teacher-resources from a new view of point:balance the stock reform and incremental reform.更多还原
