【摘要】 目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,分析刘云山主任医师治疗小儿泄泻的用药经验。方法收集刘云山主任医师治疗小儿泄泻的病案,录入中医传承辅助平台,采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析刘云山主任医师治疗小儿泄泻用药经验。结果刘云山主任医师在治疗小儿泄泻时强调标本兼顾,治疗以健脾利湿为主,必要时佐以消食、柔肝、养阴生津之品,慎用苦寒、收涩药。结论中医传承辅助系统软件在名老中医处方经验的分析中具有客观性、科学性,对更加全面、客观地总结名老中医专家的经验有积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the experience of chief physician Liu Yunshan in infantile diarrhea.Methods Collect medical record of chief physician Liu Yunshan in infantile diarrhea into TCM inheritance support system.According to the principle integrated in the software and data mining method such as improved mutual information,analyze Liu Yunshan’s experience in treating infantile diarrhea.Results In treating pediatric diarrhea,Liu Yunshan pays attention to treating symptoms and syndromes,with healthening spleen to clear away dampness as main method.If necessary,medicine that can promote digestion,soften liver,nourish yin and generate body fluid is used with caution of bitter,cold,astringent medicine.Conclusion TCM inheritance system software is objective,scientific in analyzing experience in well-known doctors’ prescription,plays a positive role in summarizing their experience comprehensively and objectively.更多还原
