【Abstract】 Autophagy exists widely in eukaryotic cells,which is an adaptive response of cells to external environment.Autophagy and apoptosis which has a close relationship between the two are the same as for the important way of programmed death.Autophagy plays a dual role of promoting and inhibition in the development of tumor.Radiation therapy is one of an effective methods to tumor comprehensive treatment,however,some tumors gradually produce resistance to radiation therapy,By adjusting the level of autophagy to alter tumor cells sensitivity to radiation therapy provides a new direction for improving the effect of radiotherapy of tumor.更多还原
