【摘要】 目的:评价89-锶治疗肺癌骨转移的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月-2012年1月本院进行89-锶治疗肺癌骨转移患者120例,按照150 MBq/人确定给药剂量,经肘静脉注射,观察其临床疗效(依据癌性病灶的变化)、评价止痛效果(依据疼痛频率、程度及疼痛得分)及肺癌病理类型与疗效的关系。结果:治疗后6个月内,20例患者疼痛症状消失,轻度疼痛例数增加;患者疼痛频率明显下降;疼痛评分由(7.80±3.50)分降至(4.10±2.21)分;病灶的数目或大小减少30%以上者占40%(48例);在不同类型肺癌骨转移的评价上,各项指标无明显差异。结论:89-锶在治疗肺癌骨转移上,疗效确切,患者症状改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of 89- SR treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer.Method:120 cases of lung cancer with bone metastasis of 89- SR treatment were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012,according to the different pathological types of lung cancer patients,the dosage was 150 MBq,through elbow vein injection,observed the clinical curative effect(on the basis of changes in cancer lesions),measured analgesic effect(according to the patient’s pain frequency,degree and pain scores)and lung cancer pathological types and curative effect.Result:Half a year after treatment,20 patients with pain symptoms disappeared,mild pain increased the number of cases;Pain frequency patients decreased significantly,pain scores decreased from(7.80±3.50)to(4.10±2.21);The number and size of lesions reduced in 48 patients over 30%,accounting for 40% of all patients;in the evaluation of different types of bone metastasis of lung cancer,no significant difference between the indexes.Conclusion:89-SR in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer,curative effect is exact,the patients symptoms improved significantly.更多还原
