【摘要】 目的:探讨直形复位钢板治疗创伤性胸骨骨折的应用价值。方法:选取2006年7月-2008年6月来本院采用"T"形钛板内固定治疗创伤性胸骨骨折的12例患者(对照组)的临床资料和诊疗情况进行回顾性分析,并将2008年7月-2013年5月来本院采用直形复位钢板治疗的15例创伤性胸骨骨折患者(试验组)的临床资料和诊疗情况与之进行对比,以探讨更为合理的治疗方式。结果:试验组采用直形复位钢板治疗效果明显优于对照组,除并发症例次外,其余各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对需要手术治疗的创伤性胸骨骨折的患者,直形复位钢板固定的治疗方法切实有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of straight reset plate treatment of traumatic bone fractures.Method:Twelve patients scheduled for fixation with T type titanium plate from July 2006 to June 2008 and 15 patients scheduled for fixation with straight reset plate from July 2008to May 2013 were recruited in the study.We collected the clinical data of all patients,and compared the efficacy of two methods.Result:The efficacy of experimental group treated by fixation with straight reset plate were significantly better than the control group treated by fixation with T type titanium plate.With the exception of complications,the rest of indications in experimental group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fixation with straight reset plate is effective for patients with traumatic sternal fracture,and is worth of spreading in clinical application.更多还原
