【摘要】 目的:研究采用口腔正畸结合口腔修复治疗错伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法:先采用直丝弓矫治技术对其进行治疗,用以对患者牙列缺损的修复。在完成正畸治疗和常规保持后,再根据患者的实际情况以烤瓷桥或者烤瓷冠修复患者牙列的缺失牙,同时对患者的进行牙体的美容修复。结果:从研究中发现,采用口腔正畸结合口腔修复对错伴随牙列缺损患者进行治疗,获得了满意的临床治疗效果。结论:对于错伴牙列缺损患者的治疗,采用口腔正畸结合修复方法进行治疗,在临床上的实用性价值非常高,可在临床应用上进行大量推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.Method:Straight arch wire technique was used to repair the dentition defect.When orthodontic and routine preservation was completed,then porcelain bridge and porcelain crown were used to repair the lost teeth of the patients,esthetics repair was used for tooth.Result:In this study,after employment of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment,the clinical effect was perfect.Conclusion:In the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect,the clinical effect of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment is good,clinical practicability is perfect,it is worthy of extending in the clinic.更多还原
