【摘要】 目的:探讨食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的病因、诊断、治疗及预防。方法:以本院自2005年5月-2013年6月收治的3例食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其术后并发胸胃穿孔可能原因,并对食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的诊断和治疗做进一步研究。结果:3例患者中1例因全身多脏器衰竭死亡,2例痊愈,随访3年均未见复发。结论:食管癌术后胸胃穿孔是一种严重的并发症,术中积极预防以及早期诊断和手术是降低死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the causes,treatment and preventive of intrathoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer.Method:3 patients within thoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer were recruited in the study.We performed the retrospective study to investigate the causes,treatment and preventive measure of disease.Result:One case died from multiple organ failure.The other two cases were cured,and did not replace after three-year follow-up.Conclusion:Intrathoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer is a serious complication of surgery.Active prevention,early diagnosis and surgical is the key to reducing mortality.更多还原
