【摘要】 目的:比较腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术的近期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年12月本科进行的腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术167例、开腹手术152例患者的临床资料。比较两组患者手术及术后情况。结果:在出血量、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率方面,腹腔镜组优于传统组(P<0.05),两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术安全可行,微创优势明显,近期疗效与传统开腹手术相当,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the short-term outcomes of laparoscopic surgery versus traditional open surgery for colorectal cancer.Method:The clinic data of 167 patients with colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery and 152 patients treated by traditional open surgery,from January 2009 to December 2012,were analyzed retrospectively.Result:In the blood loss,ambulation time,anus exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay,complications,laparoscopy group was superior to the traditional group(P<0.05).The difference of operation time,number of removed lymph node cleaning of two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer is safe,reliable,has obvious advantages of minimally invasive,the short-term outcomes of are comparable with these of open surgery for colorectal cancer,is worth promoting.更多还原
