【摘要】 目的:总结单中心60例乳腺结核患者接受保乳手术治疗的病历资料和中期随访结果,探讨保乳手术治疗乳腺结核的安全性、有效性和彻底性。方法:回顾性分析本院2006年1月-2013年2月保乳手术治疗60例乳腺结核患者的临床资料。结果:60例患者手术顺利,无严重并发症,围手术期无死亡病例。手术时间120~180 min,平均146 min;术中出血20~300 ml,平均60 ml,术中输血4例;术后拔管前总引流量150~320 ml,平均210 ml;拔管时间4~9 d,平均5.5 d;52例患者手术切口均I期愈合,有8例患者入院前外院行脓肿切开引流,切口局部愈合欠佳,出院后门诊换药均Ⅱ期愈合。所有病例皮肤均无缺血坏死,患乳外形良好,随访12~24个月,术后局部复发3例,经切口换药后治愈,无明显并发症,术后无明显疼痛。结论:保乳手术治疗乳腺结核是一种安全、有效的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize 60 cases of breast tuberculosis that had accepted breast-conserving surgery,report the mid-term followup results,and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of breast-conserving surgery.Method:Clinical data of 60 patients which had accepted breastconserving surgery treatment of breast tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2006 to February 2013 were retrospectively analysed.Result:All 60 procedures were carried out smoothly without serious complication,no deaths in the perioperative period.The surgical duration was 120-180 min,the average was 146 min,and intraoperative blood loss was 20-300 ml,the average was 60 ml,4 cases were transfusion of blood,total postoperative drainage volume was 150-320 ml,the average was 210 ml,the postoperative tube drainage duration was 4-9 days,the median was 5.5 days,52 patients with surgical incision I healing,eight patients abscess incision drainaged before admission,that wound was healed poor,dressing changed in clinic service,and phase Ⅱ healing.There were no skin ischemic necrosis of all cases,breast appearance were fine,followed-up 12-24 months,3 cases were local relapse postoperative,and were cured after dressing change,no complications and serious pain.Conclusion:Breast-conserving surgery is a safe and effctive procedure for patients with breast tuberculosis.更多还原
