【摘要】 目的:依据全息医学基本理论和中医的基本理论,运用全息推拿疗法达到缓解阻生齿拔除后干槽症疼痛、降低疼痛对患者生理指标影响的目的。方法:将80例水平阻生齿拔除后发生干槽症患者随机分为两组,对照组40例在疼痛值>5分时给予止痛药物口服;试验组40例进行耳部、面部、手部全息穴位推拿疗法干预后,若疼痛值仍>5分时再用止痛药物。结果:试验组各时间段视觉模拟评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),用止痛药的次数明显少于对照组(P<0.01),收缩压所受影响小(P<0.01)。结论:全息推拿疗法在缓解阻生齿拔除后干槽症疼痛中效果优于传统的止痛药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:According to the basic theory of holographic medicine and the basic theory of TCM,using holographic massage therapy to relieve the pain of the dry socket disease after pulling out horizontal impacted tooth,to reduce the impact of pain on patients physiological purpose.Method:80 cases of patients with dry socket after pulling out horizontal impacted tooth were randomly divided into two groups.The control was given pain killer orally when the pain values over 5;the treatment group was given holographic massage therapy on the acupoint of the ears,face and hands,taken pain killer if pain values over 5 after the intervention.Result:The visual analogue scale of the treatment group in every time period were all lower than the control group(P<0.01).The number of taking pain killer in the treatment group were all lower than the control group(P<0.01).And the influence of systolic pressure of the treatment group were all lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Holographic massage therapy showed the better effect in relieving the pain of the dry socket after pulling out the impacted tooth than the pain killer.更多还原
