【摘要】 目的:对妊娠期高血压疾病的患者在行剖宫产手术时所采用的麻醉方式进行研究与探讨,并选取其中最佳的方式用于推广。方法:选取就诊于本院的妊娠期高血压疾病患者104例,并随机分为三组,在患者行剖宫产手术时进行麻醉。第一组行腰-硬联合麻醉,共有患者64例;第二组行连续硬膜外麻醉,共有患者30例;第三组选用气管插管全身麻醉,共有患者10例,对其麻醉后结果进行评估。结果:从麻醉起效速度与阻滞效果来看,第一组优于其余两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从平均动脉与低血压发生率来看,其余两组优于第一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从不良反应的发生观测,各组之间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腰-硬联合麻醉在妊高症剖宫产的麻醉效果较好,且安全有效,适用于轻中度患者,在临床上较为合适推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anesthesia of pregnancy hypertension syndrome underwent cesarean section,in order to select the best way of promotion.Method:104 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,underwent cesarean section anesthesia. The first group of 64 patients were executed rows waist-epidural anesthesia;The second group of 30 patients were executed continuous epidural anesthesia;The third group of 10 patients were executed general anesthesia. the results after anesthesia were evaluated. Result:From the speed of onset and block effect the first group was superior to the other two groups,the results were statistically significant difference(P <0.05);view from the mean arterial hypotension incidence,the first group but the difference compared to the other two groups,the results were statistically significant difference between the groups(P <0.05);Adverse reactions was insignificant,the result was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion:Spinal-epidural anesthesia in the pregnancy hypertension cesarean has good clinical effects,it is safe and effective,applicable to patients with mild to moderate and suitable for clinical practice.更多还原
