【摘要】 目的:探讨中央性前置胎盘相同孕周急诊剖宫产与计划剖宫产的妊娠结局,以指导孕期保健,改良母婴预后。方法:选择本院2003年1月-2010年12月8年间共收治的中央性前置胎盘患者108例,分孕周<34周、34～35+6周及≥36周统计,比较相同孕周急诊剖宫产及计划剖宫产两组的产后出血量率、输血率、子宫切除率及新生儿窒息率情况。结果:相同孕周急诊剖宫产与计划剖宫产总的产后出血率比较(字2=3.234,P=0.072),输血率比较(字2=6.547,P=0.011),子宫切除率比较(字2=5.340,P=0.021),新生儿窒息率比较(字2=10.586,P=0.001)。结论:相同孕周急诊剖宫产与计划剖宫产产后出血发生率无相关性,但输血率、子宫切除率及新生儿窒息率具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcome of emergency and elective cesarean sections for central placenta previa within same gestational age,in order to direct antenatal care and to improve the prognosis of maternal and fetal.Method:108 cases with confirmed diagnosis of central placenta previa were selected covering a 8-year period from January 2003 to December 2010,they were divided into three groups:under 34 weeks gestation,at 34 to 35 +6 weeks of gestation and over 36 weeks gestation.Then compared the rate of blood transfusion,hysterectomy and neonatal asphyxia in the same gestational age.Result:There was no difference in the rate of postpartum hemorrhage between the emergency cesarean section group and the elective cesarean section group(字2 =3.234, P =0.072).There was difference in the rate of blood transfusion(字2 =6.547, P =0.011),the rate of hysterectomy(字2 =5.340, P =0.021)and the rate of neonatal asphyxia(字2 =10.586, P =0.001)during the same period between the emergency cesarean section group and the elective cesarean section group.Conclusion:There is no correlation between the emergency cesarean section and the elective cesarean section in the rate of postpartum hemorrhage at the same gestational age.But there is correlation between the rate of blood transfusion, hysterectomy rates and the rate of neonatal asphyxia.更多还原
