【摘要】 目的:探讨输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术应用临床路径的效果。方法:选取2010年3月-2012年12月本院妇科收治的输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组患者应用传统管理模式,观察组患者应用临床路径管理,比较两组患者平均住院时间、平均医疗费用、满意度和健康知识掌握情况。结果:观察组患者平均住院时间和平均医疗费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术患者应用临床路径,可有效缩短患者住院时间,降低医疗费用,提升医疗质量,提高患者满意度,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effects of clinical pathway in the tubal pregnancy with laparoscopic surgery.Method:72 cases of tubal pregnancy patients in the gynecological department in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 36 cases.The control group were given conventional management mode,and the observation group were given clinical pathway management. The average length of stay,average medical costs,satisfaction and health knowledge master of the two groups were compared.Result:The average length of stay and the average medical costs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P <0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group( P <0.05);the heath knowledge master of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:To take the clinical pathway to the tubal pregnancy patients with laparoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the length of stay,reduce the medical costs,improve the medical quality and the satisfaction of the patients,with high economic and social benefits.更多还原
