【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下行输卵管吻合术的近、远期效果。方法:选择本院妇科2009年5月-2011年5月收治的输卵管堵塞患者23例作为研究组;同时选择2009年5月之前的另21例作为对照组。研究组在腹腔镜下行输卵管吻合术,对照组行传统输卵管吻合术。对比两组术后输卵管的通畅率,并对患者进行一年以上的随访,对比两组的受孕率。结果:研究组术后输卵管的通畅率优于对照组;研究组半年内的受孕率高于对照组。结论:在腹腔镜下行输卵管吻合术的近、远期效果均较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe short-term and long-term effect of laparoscopic tubal anastomosis.Method:23 patients with tubal obstruction treated in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were selected as the research group,and 21 patients with tubal obstruction treated in our hospital before May 2009 were selected as the control group. The research group received laparoscopic tubal anastomosis,and the control group were given traditional tubal anastomosis. Tubal patency after operation of 2 groups were compared. All the patients were followed up for more than one year,and pregnancy rate of two groups were compared. Result:The tubal patency after operation of the research group was better evidently than that of the control group, and the pregnancy rate of half a year of the research group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The short-term and long-term effect of laparoscopic tubal anastomosis is better.更多还原
