【摘要】 目的:构建适合我国的临床实践指导教师核心能力框架,推动我国护理学专业学位研究生教育、提升带教质量、达到教学相长。方法:采用文献回顾法、深入访谈法初步确定指标体系,采用德尔菲法对备选指标进行2轮专家函询。结果:经过2轮函询后确定了一级指标6个、二级指标22个及三级指标60个。结论:初步建立的临床实践指导教师核心能力评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To contruct the core competencies framework of clicinal practice instructor in China and promote education of nursing specialist and improve the quality of clinical teaching and achieve the goal of teaching benefits teachers and students. Method:A preliminary core competency evaluation index system was established through literature review, expert review and the given indexes were conducted on the clicinal and nursing education experts by a two-round Delphi methods. Result: The core competencies system of the clicinal practice instructor contains 6 primary indexes , 22 secondary indexes and 60 third-level indexes were determinded. Conclusion:The Core Competencies System of clicinal instructor is a highly scientific index system and reliable.更多还原
