MicroRNA及其在黑素瘤中作用的新认识
New Recoghition on MicroRNA and It’s Important Role of Expression in Melanoma
【摘要】 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长约18~22个核苷酸的单链非编码小分子。在转录后水平参与调控靶基因的表达,其在细胞生长、增殖、代谢及肿瘤形成等一系列生物学过程中发挥重要作用。miRNA具有癌基因和/或抑癌基因的双重作用并具有组织特异性和时序特异性。miRNA的异常表达被认为与黑素瘤的发生发展密切相关。黑素瘤是严重危害患者健康和生命的疾病,其病死率高,晚期患者5年生存率<5%,预后差。近几年来,其发病率逐年升高,年增长率约3%。本文试就miRNA的生物学特性及其在黑素瘤中作用的新进展、新认识作一综述。
【Abstract】 MiRNA is Small non-Coding RNA of 18-22 nucleotides which participate in regulating expression in post-transcriptional level. MiRNAs play important roles in the biological precesses of cell growth,cellproliferation,metabolism,apoptosis,tumorigenesis and so on. MiRNAs may be to act as oncogenes and/or anti-oncogenes and all of them have tissue specificity and time sequence specificity. The aberrant expression of several miRNAs were demonstrated to be involved in the occurrence and development of malignant melanoma(M M),which is a disease that threatens health and life of patients with m m and poor prognosis,which its fatality rate was the higher. The five year survival rate was below 5% in advanced period. At recent years, the incidence rate was risen year after year,year rate of increase approximately 3%. Here to be about new advancement & Recognition on miRNAs and it’s features of molecular biology and important role of miRNAs in MM.
