一支半固体盲样中食源性致病菌分离鉴定
The Identification of Food Borne Pathogens in Unknown Semi Soild Simulation
【摘要】 目的:通过质控考核提高微生物实验室检测能力,检验人员技术水平,增强实验室竞争力。方法:依据国家标准GB/T4789-2003,GB/T4789-2008,GB4789-2010结合显色培养基及ATB生化鉴定仪对半固体盲样中食源性致病菌(沙门氏菌,大肠杆菌O157:H7,志贺氏菌,单核细胞增生李斯特菌,副溶血性弧菌,小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌,空肠弯曲菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血性链球菌阪崎肠杆菌,蜡样芽孢杆菌)进行分离鉴定。结果:经分离鉴定,半固体盲样中检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌和阪崎肠杆菌。结论:本次质控考核使用选择性强、特异性高的显色培养基及快速生化鉴定条(ATBID32E、APILister),使检测更加快速、特异、敏感,取得满意结果。
【Abstract】 Objective:Through quality control can improve laboratory detection capability,laboratory technician levels and increasing laboratory competition.Method:According to international standard GB/T4789-2003,GB/T4789-2008 and GB4789-2010,Samples were detected via international standard methods combined with their own chromomeric medium and ATB biochemistry identification cards.Result:Via isolation and identification,two kinds of food_borne pathogens(Lister monocytogenes and E.sakazakii)were identification in unknown semi soild medium.Conclusion:This Quality control we use medium with high selection and sensibility,ATB ID32E and APILister made detection more rapid,special and sensibility compared with international standards.The test results is satisfactory.
