【摘要】 目的:建立白术药材(烘术)的HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法。方法:加甲醇超声处理制样,采用HPLC法,以依利特Sinochrom ODS-BP柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B)进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长242 nm,柱温30℃。结果:建立了白术药材的HPLC指纹图谱,找出了8个共有峰,指认了3个共有峰。结论:该方法较为准确、可靠,适用于白术药材(烘术)的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve:To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(warm dried).Methods:Took methanol extract of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as sample by ultrasonic processing,HPLC analysis was carried out on Sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-water(B),gradient elution with a flow at 1.0 mL/min,ultraviolet detection wavelength at 242 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃.Results:An HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was developed.Eight common peaks were obtained and three peaks were identified.Conclusion:The method is accurate and credible which can be used for quality control of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(warm dried).更多还原
